About Van den Velde
Van den Velde is an elegant and thoughtful interpretation of the work of the XVII Century Dutch master penman Jan van den Velde. Van den Velde is credited with having introduced and perfected a new trend in Dutch calligraphy, “calligraphy as art”. This new and enhanced OpenType version is a sophisticated OpenType font for producing documents and artworks whith an evocative and voluptuous style. Van den Velde includes over 700 glyphs including an extensive set of alternates and ligatures. Two fonts: Van den Velde script and Van den Velde Words.
