Why we do NOT provide customer support by phone.
FontHaus is run almost entirely online because 95% of our transactions are managed securely by our website. Therefore, the majority of our staff is dedicated to marketing, business operations, and technology. It is more cost-effective for us to offer customer support via tech support on our website or by email reply. Responding by e-mail allows us to get back to you quicker than we ever could by phone although we often respond immediately by phone on urgent matters. We have a great response rate. Most all e-mail requests during normal business hours (9-5 EST) are answered within 30 minutes. |
